1. What CloutWars is

CloutWars is a competitive platform where creators enter existing content into head-to-head battles judged by community votes. Clout is a competitive reputation score. It has no monetary value, cannot be bought, and cannot be exchanged for money.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

3. Content you submit

You may only enter content you created or have the rights to enter. You retain ownership of your content. By entering it, you grant CloutWars a limited licence to display it within the product (battles, profiles, share cards, and results). You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for any external links you connect.

4. Competition integrity

Votes, ELO, Clout, rank, matchmaking, and championships are determined by competition only. Nothing may be purchased that alters them. Manipulating votes, operating multiple accounts to influence outcomes, or gaming matchmaking is prohibited and may result in removal.

5. Acceptable use

Follow the Community Guidelines. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate them or the law.

6. No warranty

The product is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be surfaced in-product.
